We just recruit.
We forge attractive workplaces and build effective teams for businesses that are going places.

Community

We don’t sit around, searching through job boards all day. Understanding our skill-sets and giving back to the tech community means we can put opportunities in front of awesome people, help great causes, grow our network and learn.

This helps us stand out from the thousands of recruiters out there and it also puts us in a prime position to build strong relationships with candidates who are not actively looking.

Here are some of the things that we get involved in…

Mind the Product

Mind the Product

Mind the Product is the largest Product Meetup in the world. We’ve spent years building a unique relationship with their founders (after some serious vetting from their side) and we are now proud to say that we are their preferred recruitment partner.

This is an invitation-only event for Product Leaders which happens on a quarterly basis. We have has been the only sponsor in the last year and it’s helped expand our brand and network at the senior level.

Mind the Product Conference

By far the best and largest product event of the year. With over 1500 people turning up to hear talks from Product leaders, UX experts and even world-renowned authors. We’ve been the only recruitment business allowed to sponsor these events since 2013.

Product Leaders Round Table

Product Leaders Round Table

We host a regular Product-focused round table event over breakfast with a C-level panel, where we discuss hot topics within product management. Most recent events the topic has been “Product War Stories” – discussing personal experiences and challenges faced in their product careers so far.

The aim is to provide our senior-level product managers a space to discuss their experiences within product.
