DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Skilled in product discovery - you want to understand the problems our customers face and how we might solve them (customer interviews, user testing sessions, understanding personas, product analytics, market research)
  • Outcome focused - you can define what success looks like and measure progress towards it
  • Experienced at stakeholder management - you’ll be responsible for a product area generating ~£9m annual recurring revenue and will have regular contact with stakeholders across the business
  • Adept at discovering new problems within the market
  • Knowledge or experience of the cloud communication space would be a bonus, but being comfortable learning about and contributing in this space is what we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be helping us achieve our mission to “make voice communications safer” by empowering customers to manage how they handle calls and provide peace of mind that callers will always be connected.
  • You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team (product management, software engineering and design) ensuring everyone knows what problems they’re trying to solve and why. Our ways of working are heavily influenced by the work of Marty Cagan/Silicon Valley Product Group, which will give you a good sense of how you and the team will work
  • We’re a close-knit company, so there’ll be plenty of exposure to the rest of the business, including senior stakeholders. We’ll look to you to make informed, rounded decisions about how the product evolves and communicate that effectively.
