Recruitment Team Lead: People & Talent


£33,000 - £45,000 (annum)


The mission behind the role:

To build and own an exciting new team tasked with building talent, HR and people teams for clients. In this role, you'll build an impressive network of contacts with recommendations to prove it. You'll be a trusted partner, and have full ownership of your own area to nurture and develop. You'll be strategically minded and commercially focussed.

What will you be doing?


Sitting on our senior leadership team you will work closely with our founders to build out this exciting proposition. You will have the benefit of a warm desk and many introductions where we have built incredible relationships. However, you will need to be comfortable with talking to senior stakeholders and winning new business as well as client management. 

You'll immerse yourself in the wider community through social engagement and/or meetups to ensure you're well known in your market. A core understanding of the people/talent space will be an important part of your role as we continue to build out our offering. 

This will all accumulate into our People/Talent offering becoming both a service of providing talent to clients as well as supporting them with how they develop their talent strategy. Something which we want you to own, build and develop with the entire business's support.


Who are you…

  • An established leader and experienced within one of the following; R2R, in-house recruitment or agency side placing people & talent professionals
  • You have or desire the ability to control a P&L and want a voice with a leadership capacity.
  • You have an immense drive to succeed and want to own and organically grow a proposition.  
  • You want to do more than just build teams. You want to support organisations to change how talent views them and can strategically create the processes in order to do this.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and can think outside the box to identify and secure the right candidate.
  • You're able to manage a candidate confidently through the recruitment process, using their motivations to overcome objections along the way
  • You are comfortable with building relationships with clients and enjoy the challenge. 
  • Passionate about your market and actively embed yourself in the community
  • You're collaborative and thrive in a team.
  • You're organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
