Purpose of the role 🧐

To partner and elevate some of the best companies on the planet, by scaling their teams, strengthening their brand & EVP and acting as a strategic advisor on their internal people and talent strategies.

DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities 💥

  • Managing end to end recruiting processes on behalf of our clients across all functions
  • Sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping
  • Improving clients’ talent strategies
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes and strategies
  • Strengthening and showcasing clients’ EVP
  • Helping with onboarding new starters where needed

 

What we're looking for 🤩

  • 3 years recruitment experience across internal and/or agency
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to confidently advise businesses on how to improve talent strategies
  • Experience leading a project within the people/talent space or improving a talent process
  • Experience working with clients across the digital world.
  • A strong marketer and copywriter with the ability to showcase themselves, and the clients they support.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed/build something new
