The mission behind the role:

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans! Your mission will be to source, attract, interview and hire incredible talent at Few&Far. You'll be working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager & our Talent Acquisition Associate, reporting directly into our Head of People.

What will you be doing?

  • The key focus of your role will be attracting and securing the best talent to work for our brand.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring a 'celebrity experience' is had by all who come through our hiring process, regardless of the outcome.
  • You will be involved in all hiring conversations, uncovering what our hiring managers are looking for and you'll also carefully manage our stakeholders needs to ensure there is clarity across the board.
  • You will use market mapping as an essential method to discover where talent is across our core pillars and which companies to keep an eye on across the globe.
  • Responsible for ensuring our talent attraction presence across all of our social media streams. You will work closely with our Marketing team, to ensure we are conveying our culture and standing out.
  • Assisting with a variety of ad hoc people projects, across the talent/people/engagement space.
  • Owning the interview process from start to finish.
  • Supporting the process for entering us into workplace awards.
  • Assisting in the development of our Talent Scout Academy.
  • Supporting pre boarding and onboarding to ensure all candidates have an amazing experience.
  • As part of the People team you will advocate our company values.


Who are you?

  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, Agency Recruitment, Rec-to-Rec, Sales or similar.
  • You're empathetic, understanding and can manage stakeholder relationships.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You're motivated and excited by the impact you can have in growing an organisation.
  • You own your KPIs and ratios and use them to your advantage.
  • You've got strong attention to detail and are highly organised.
  • You follow a project through to completion and can own and learn from any mistakes.
