Do you want to become the next-generation recruiter in the growing tech industry? 

Join Few&Far in July 2021 and learn how to become a successful talent consultant as a part of our Talent Scout Academy. 

You’ll work with exciting brands such as ASOS, Just Eat, Charlotte Tilbury, Moonpig, Gousto and many more. Your job will be to help them find their next hires to take their company to the next level. 

The recruitment game is changing, we’re not KPI-driven phone-bashers. We build relationships, embrace networking and host community events. 

What do Instagram, Netflix, Airbnb & Spotify all have in common? 

They are all digital products, so they only exist in digital form. To create and run these kinds of apps, companies need teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Data Analysts.  

And that’s exactly what Few&Far does. We help fast-growing companies find these people so they can build game-changing products. 


What will you be doing? 

During the 4-week Talent Scout Academy, you will learn everything from understanding people’s motivations and giving them career advice to connecting them with exciting employers (and much more). 

As you settle into your new role, we’ll nurture and coach you, but also give you the autonomy and freedom to define your own career path within the company. 

Here are some things you’ll learn along the way:

  • Searching for candidates across several channels
  • Networking with candidates via the phone, events, social media & email
  • Creating your own personal brand and market opportunities on all social channels 
  • Market mapping so you can quickly become a specialist in your field
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of a candidate's needs in order to present them with the right job opportunities
  • Handling face-to-face meetings with candidates and clients alongside a Senior Consultant.
  • Providing career advice, CV and interview preparation

What do we expect from you?

You will pick up a lot of skills along the way, but the below is a significant starting point:

  • Sales experience is preferable but not essential (whether it’s retail, fundraising, customer service, etc) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience and hunger for success
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a competitive nature
