Alena was born from the belief that by bridging the gap between these often siloed fields, we can radically change the way we approach and understand mental health.

At Alena, we help improve wellbeing by empowering minds.

Alena is a digital mental wellbeing companion that uses computational neuroscience, psychiatry and behavioural psychology to help people understand their mind better and find solutions that increase their wellbeing.

Alena uses a new approach based on neuroscience to help you understand why you feel the way you do and provide custom solutions to start feeling better.

Users interact with Alena via short, engaging sessions with games, quizzes and guided reflection to start better understanding how their mind works and what solutions work for them.

We are committed to continuously developing and combining the newest tools pioneered in machine learning and computational neuroscience to empower our users.
