We just recruit.
We forge attractive workplaces and build effective teams for businesses that are going places.

Ryan

Ryan comes from a background focussed in the North American IT Market, covering various US and Canadian Tech hubs. He prefers an open and honest approach, even when the news/feedback really isn’t good!

“Close…. It’s like Bryan, but without the B”

Often heard saying

The Data market is a more recent offering at Few&Far. Ryan is leading the charge uncovering all things Data, having previously focussed on the UI/UX market, but he has also dabbled in Engineering and Data roles in the past.

An avid traveller, Ryan has visited 30+ countries, and always has his next trip in the pipeline. His favourite countries so far include Japan and Vietnam, where he and his friends poorly recreated the Top Gear road trip on the Hải Vân Pass.

Jordan

After spending his childhood surrounded by farm animals in rural Somerset, followed by spending his teenage years in America surrounded by more farm animals, Jordan decided to pursue his childhood dream of… not being surrounded by any type of animals?

Where’s Glen. Have you seen Glen?”

Often heard saying

Jordan joined us in January 2019 and specialises in building B2B product teams alongside his dad, Glen Willis. Whether it is tennis, football or recruitment, Jordan is one of the worst losers in the world and since starting in January, this competitiveness has driven him to be a huge success.

He is Few & Far’s number 1 player, both on and off the field. You will find him in the gym after a long day at work and then in a casino waiting for Magic Mike to finish. (Don’t ask us why!)

Complete and utter confusion and shopping at baby GAP.

Tony

Tony is your classic DJ/Promoter turned Technology Recruiter. Starting in September 2020, he joins us after one hell of a year so far, but Tony is here to save B2B Product world from implosion. The market has picked up and Tony is ready to party.

“No judgement”

*Whilst definitely judging*

Tony focuses on B2B Product here at Few&Far, joining a wonderful team alongside Glen, Ciara & Jordan. Unfortunately that’s all the information he gave me.

Tony loves travelling, cooking Mexican food, movies, gaming, football. He is apparently on the market for some kind of orange-peeling contraption as gets put to work by his fiancé.

Luke

After spending nearly four years at a tech recruitment company in Hertfordshire, Luke took a well-needed break and went backpacking for three months across SouthEast Asia (he didn’t find himself) before joining Few & Far to build a new desk. Not literally.

8:30 am – “so, what are we doing for lunch then.”

Often heard saying

Luke a.k.a Pallettoo has now been at Few & Far for over 2 years, where he heads up the kick-ass Product Design function. He has also partnered up with UX Crunch & UX Live to sponsor London’s largest design meet-ups & conferences. Away from day-to-day recruitment, Luke has set up a Few & Far five-a-side football team, and somehow led them to finish second last season!!

Luke’s usual weekend consists of doing some kind of sports and drinking lots of cider, preferably not at the same time! He is also an avid traveller and claims he is a part-time skier and snowboarder.. we’re yet to see proof!

Getting drunk off two ciders. Try me.

Silvia

Born & raised in Sardinia, Silvia made the life choice of moving to London in 2013, soon after came Brexit. (No comment). She is always on the phone speaking in Italian to one of her many cousins back home in Italy during core hours, however, she still manages to get the job done!

“Why?!” & “No” – in Italian.”

Often heard saying

Silvia has joined Reece’s team over a year ago working with Software engineers & has a habit of making his life stressful. She is known for slipping under the radar & then pulling out the golden bullet of a star candidate to secure the job.

At work, you’ll see Silvia eating a tiny amount of vegetables for lunch (chickpeas & cauliflower was a strange hit for a while). Outside of work, you’ll find Silv sipping on Aperol Spritz with her many Italian friends, being the first on the dancefloor & last one-off. She is the life of the party.

Giving the most attitude but getting away with it because she’s Italian.

Glen

There’s a reason he is Few & Far’s most voted MVP. Glen goes above and beyond for not only for his clients and candidates but his fellow colleagues too. He embodies what working here is all about – living up to our purpose, always putting others before himself and involving himself heavily in the community. See for yourself.

My name is not Vlad…or Grob…or Gren…or Gleb!!”

Often heard saying

The B2B Product market is constantly evolving and as the only recruiter in London specialising in this skill-set, it is safe to say Glen knows his stuff. Having been successful in building some of the best Product functions in the space, he now leads his own team dominating B2B Product.

Whilst he enjoys a good film or series, you will struggle to find Glen stuck indoors. If he isn’t working he is out for food, having drinks or travelling, it’s no wonder he is always ill or injured.

Utilising his severe nut allergy to escape meetings.

Sabrina

Sabrina has just returned from five months in the Alps where she spent her time skiing. Sabrina and her dog Henry come as an awesome recruitment duo. You will usually find them in the local pubs or parks, Sabrina’s distinctive Dublin accent usually gives them away.

“Pass the wine”

Often heard saying

Sabrina started her recruitment career when she moved to London in 2016, originally as a perm recruiter across Design and UX. But her high energy and quick personality (lack of patience) meant she quickly gravitated towards the contract market. She loves a chat and can usually be found on long calls to candidates and clients, talking about anything from design, recruitment, family to holidays.

Sabrina’s loves skiing! Seems as that can only be done for a few months of the year, she spends the rest of the year drinking red wine and visiting new countries. She also spends a lot of the time talking about her favourite place – Glastonbury Festival.

Chris

With a few years of recruitment experience under his belt, Chris decided to join us once he realised that he could use those precious gym lunches to keep his dream of becoming an Olympic gold medalist in swimming alive, despite being instructed NOT to quit his day job.

Jeeezus!”

Often heard saying

Working alongside Silvia, Jack and Reece as part of the Engineering team,  often juggling between engaging with the brightest software engineers and offering (unwarranted) opinions on the Team Dev Afro beats playlist.

Outside of work, you probably find him practising his dog paddle (without much improvement), blazing through his audible subscription or preoccupied watching his beloved Atlanta Falcons NFL team ruin his Sunday.

Announcing an alcohol-free week Monday, only to be recovering from a hangover the next Monday.

Molly

After spending the past two years at another London based agency working the UX and Product Design market, Molly has now recently joined us to build a brand new desk in the Netherlands.

Molly is here to expand our design team out to the Netherlands focussing across UX, Product, Visual and Interaction Design. When she isn’t recruiting you will find her hosting events and webinars with design leaders or posting blogs on Linkedin.

Outside of work you will either find her at the gym or rounding up her friends for dinner and drinks!

Tito

Tito started his recruitment career in DevOps & hasn’t looked back since. He’s joined us to head up DevOps Engineering function & grow out a team to cover the UK & Europe. He’s hosted multiple different meetups both large & small (roundtables).

Tito has worked with some of the biggest household names in the market & some of the smallest that you wouldn’t even know about. He’s passionate about delivering a great service & building long standing relationships.

Tito spends a lot of time outside of work socialising with friends, indulging in nice restaurants, bars & holidays because lets face it, what is life unless you treat yo-self every now and then. You can probably tell that he’s an avid gym goer & loves any kind of sport but particularly the one with the round ball they kick around on the grass.

Megan

Megan grew up in a small village in Lincolnshire and moved to London in 2013 to study Business Management. As most recruiters will tell you, she “fell into recruitment” and never looked back.
She loves technology and we and others often ask her if she has Engineering background and tell her she could work as a Tech BA. Sadly she still has an iPhone 6…

“We love to see it”

Often heard saying

Megan is a Principal Consultant in Software Engineering, with 4+ years experience in the C# .NET market in London. She spent her first three years specialising in Financial Services & the FinTech space. She loves working with start ups and is always making an effort to keep up with the FinTech industry.

Like many of us here at Few&Far, Megan is a serial coffee drinker and connoisseur, and is mainly fuelled by Coconut Flat Whites & Espressos. Unlike the rest of us here, she lifts weights most days before work and recently got into running (just completed her first 10km in 71 mins if you’re wondering).
