Each of our consultants specialises in one skill set: Product, Engineering, Design or Data. Everyone’s carved out their own niche, so stepping on each other’s toes. You’ll continuously develop your market knowledge through various community events.
We’re a company that encourages you to say how you feel and have a say in our culture and where we’re going. If you want to, you’ll have opportunities to get involved in projects that stretch wider than recruitment from events to big internal projects.
A part of our training is learning how to uncover people’s motivations and understand our career coaching framework. You’ll have your own autonomy, but with all the support and guidance you need.
